The Outlet is a non-profit monthly publication, produced by volunteers for benefit of the English speaking communities of south-eastern Quebec, and is a member of the Quebec Community Newspaper Association. All forms of print advertising: rates provided on request.
The Outlet is mailed monthly to contributors besides at a wide range of news stands.
All items and pictures submitted to this newspaper are used at discretion of the editor; the newspaper welcomes use of loaned pictures, but does not pay for photographs.
